look it up, i dunno if u’ve heard of this but about 100 people use this site everyday, its called… google.

If you do Google “how to make a PSP tube” you will find many methods, some easier than others. Sort through your results until you find something that seems to fit what you feel you can do.
I found this great website that offers all sorts of PSP tutorials, most in video format. There are at least two tubing tuts. It’s oriented to beginners, and they also offer a wealth of tubes and other tools.

The group has filesfolders section on their website you can upload it you want to share it in psp folder in my documents at installation but if you save it you can attach it in psp xi and set its.
