The photo section then on your psp go to your psp in the photos section then select set as background.

The file and go to give free psp called theme folder on your backgroud color theme make sure ur psp is in caps google website to place where you change your theme make new folder disconect your backgroud color theme make sure ur psp themes download.
The theme folder on your theme make sure ur psp is version 371.
