There are Many websites to download Themes For your Sony PSP.
First You Need a PSP Firmware 3.71or Above than that.
Original Firmware or Custom firmware.
And Don’t Be afraid about how to add theme on Sony PSP Once your on that firmware or above a Folder Will be Created eg: (PSP/Theme) just copy your downloaded theme file in that folder and your done.
