How do I add themes to my PSP slim without hacking?

I don’t want to hack my psp, and I don’t want to use windows to do anything. I have a Mac, I have a PSP slim, that’s all. How do I add new theme icon? It came with “classic” and something that looks like my icons are cookies. I imagine there are others out there do download but I don’t know where. Please help and I’ll give you points and thumbs up.

The click on the click on the full blown image and there go to playstaioncom or google images on ur psp the full blown image and there save image and then go.
