i tried downloading a few programs from psp-hacks.com and opened them on my psp in the game file, but it says error the game could not be started. is it cause i put it in the wrong folder? or its not compatible with my version (i have 4.05)? or is it just faulty?

What ever ur name is, ur psp is not faulty to use programs or games from websites like psp-hacks.com and torrent websites you will need to go to a small shop (shop in a bad area or a shop were they mod electronics) and tell them to turn ur psp battery into a pandoras battery, ur memory stick into a magic memory stick, and downgrade ur psp and put custom firmware in it. Without these u cannot play downloaded games or programs on ur psp including movies. But this is illegal so try at ur own risk, i havent tried this because i prefer buying all my stuff original but my friend told me how to.
