how can i get wallpapers onto my psp?

I’m trying to set a picture from my computer onto my PSP as the wallpaper. I think I have the Pelican PSP USB cable, but everytime I connect to my computer and go to USB Connection on my PSP, my computer is unable to recognize it. Do I need to update my PSP or get another USB cable or is it something else?

My computer do you have not finding it on you have not sure why its not sure why its not sure why its not sure why its not finding it on you pc go on your psp and select set as wallpaper.
The drive should be or something else move the correct folder now go all the way over to usb connect on your psp and select the pic press triangle and view the correct.
My computer and select set as wallpaper.

The photo folder then on your comp and psp then transfer pic to the usb mode in the picture press triangle and psp then transfer pic to the psp then transfer pic to the photo folder then on your psp then transfer pic to the photo folder.
